How do I book?
Start a request on our booking page with your service, dates, and dog's details. You'll see a live estimate, place a small deposit to hold your spot, and our team confirms the reservation personally.
Is my reservation confirmed instantly?
Your dates are held the moment you book, and we personally confirm every reservation after a quick review of your dog's details and our calendar. We'll reach out if we have any questions.
Do new dogs need an assessment?
Yes. Boarding guests start with a $40 first-visit assessment, and daycare begins with a 4-hour assessment day ($40). It helps your dog feel at home before their first full visit.
What does boarding cost?
Dogs 19 lbs and under are $52 a night, and dogs 20–30 lbs are $60 a night. For larger dogs, give us a call and we'll put together a custom quote.
Do longer stays include anything special?
They do! Dogs staying 14 nights or more get a complimentary spa bath, so your pup comes home fresh and fluffy.
What are your pick-up and drop-off hours?
Pickup and drop-off hours are between 8 AM and 8 PM, seven days per week. Late pickups incur an overnight stay fee.
My dog is anxious or has special needs — can you help?
Definitely. Share everything in your booking notes — anxiety, medications, mobility, comfort items — and we'll tailor handling and introductions to keep your pup feeling safe and calm.
Can I book grooming on its own?
Yes. Grooming and spa services can be booked anytime, whether or not your dog is staying with us. Just choose "Grooming & spa" on the booking page.
How does the deposit work?
A small $20 deposit holds your dates. We'll confirm your reservation and take care of the rest when we reach out.
