Payments

When payment is collected, it's handled securely by our payment provider. We don't store full card numbers on our website.

Photos of your dog

We only share photos you've approved, and you can ask us to stop using them at any time. Just let us know.

Email & text messages

We'll only email or text you about your booking and care if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time.

Helpful tools

We may use software, including AI assistance, to help our team manage bookings and improve service. These tools support our staff's decisions — they don't confirm bookings, send messages, or process payments on their own.
