Terms of service

Here's how booking and care work at Pawradise, in plain language. Have a question about any of it? We're always happy to talk it through.

Booking & confirmation

Submitting a request and deposit holds your dates, and our team confirms each reservation after reviewing your dog's details and our availability. We'll reach out if we need anything before confirming.

Deposits & payments

A small deposit reserves your dates and is applied to your booking. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We'll always confirm your final total before your dog's visit.

Changes & cancellations

Plans change — we get it. If you need to reschedule or adjust a reservation, please contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to help.

Health & safety

Please share your dog's health, medication, and behavior details when you book so we can provide safe, attentive care. New guests start with an assessment so we can get to know them. In an emergency, we'll act in your dog's best interest and contact you right away.

Larger dogs

We welcome dogs of all sizes. For dogs over 30 lbs, give us a call and we'll put together a custom quote and the right plan for their stay.

Pick-up & drop-off

Pick-up and drop-off happen between 8 AM and 8 PM, seven days a week. Late pick-ups may include an additional overnight stay, so please keep us posted if your timing changes.
